Product Return Policy – Customer Satisfaction First!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, please review the following guidelines to help us process your return smoothly and efficiently:

Return Requirements:

  • Please include a packing slip and/or invoice with your return to ensure accurate processing.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and be in resaleable condition.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:
    • Special orders
    • Tinted or customized products
    • Opened cases or containers
    • Partial kits
    • Items with damaged packaging

Return Approval:

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Epcor Building Supply Inc and/or the manufacturer.

Restocking Fees:

To be fair and consistent, restocking charges are based on the time elapsed since purchase:

  • 1–15 days: No restocking fee (in line with manufacturer policies)
  • 16–30 days: 10% restocking fee
  • 31–60 days: 15% restocking fee
  • 61–90 days: 25% restocking fee
  • Over 90 days: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns past this point
