Product Return Policy – Your Satisfaction Matters
If you need to return a product, please follow these guidelines:

Return Requirements: Include a packing slip or invoice. Items must be in original packaging and re-saleable condition. We cannot accept returns on special orders, tinted/custom products, opened cases/containers, partial kits, or items with damaged packaging.

Return Approval: All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Epcor Building Supply Inc and/or the manufacturer.

Restocking Fees:
1–15 days: No fee

16–30 days: 10%

31–60 days: 15%

61–90 days: 25%

Over 90 days: Not returnable

For cash purchases, a store credit will be issued or a physical cheque will be mailed via post
