Shipping policy

Shipping Policy – EPCOR Building Supply Inc.

Shipping area: We ship within Canada only.

Online orders: Shipped by Canada Post or Purolator. The shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size and weight of the order. Shipping is free on orders placed through AD.

Local delivery: Local delivery is available. The delivery fee varies by location and order; contact us for a quote.

In-store pickup: Free at 1295 Sutton Drive, Burlington, Ontario L7L 6C2. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Special orders: Delivery dates for special and non-stock orders are estimates. Some special orders require a deposit before shipment.

Damaged or short shipments: Note any shortage, damage or incorrect goods on the delivery receipt and report it in writing within 2 business days of delivery.
