NUCO *GG-266 INTUMESCENT FIRESTOP SILICONE - RED 10 L

Self-Seal® GG-266 is an intumescent, neutral-cure silicone firestop sealant specifically engineered for combustible service penetrations in fire-rated walls and floors. When exposed to temperatures exceeding 150°C (300°F), it rapidly expands to fill voids created by melting pipes, forming a patented graphite-enhanced char that maintains critical fire barriers. This GREENGUARD GOLD certified, non-sag silicone remains water-resistant throughout curing and is freeze-thaw stable, with testing under positive pressure to simulate real fire conditions. Ideal for sealing PVC, ABS, CPVC, PEX, and other plastic pipes (2"–4" diameters), it requires just a 5/16" annular space and complies with stringent firestopping standards for life safety and property protection.
