Tremsil 600 is a fast-skinning, neutral-cure silicone sealant designed for in-plant glazing applications, curing into a flexible rubber upon exposure to air moisture. This ready-to-use, medium-modulus sealant is compatible with a wide range of substrates—including metals, glass, plastics, wood, and concrete—making it ideal for back-bedding, cap/heel/toe beads, and sash joinery. Its excellent adhesion eliminates the need for multiple products, while its easy application (8–10 minutes of tooling time) and compatibility with automated or manual glazing equipment ensure efficient, high-performance sealing.
